Transformation Lead to accelerate our revenue growth and reshape our market approach through digital channels. This high-visibility role sits at the intersection of business strategy, customer engagement, and revenue generation.
At Siemens Digital Industries Automation, you'll join our Digital Sales team as we transform our "Go-to-Market" approach across all of Digital Industries. We're looking for a business-savvy digital strategist who can identify market opportunities, develop compelling value propositions, and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. By leveraging your expertise in B2B sales enablement and digital engagement strategies, you'll make an immediate impact on our market penetration and revenue growth.
As our digital business evolves, you'll champion the commercial success of our flagship platforms—Sie Portal and Xcelerator—driving significant business impact across the U.S. market. You'll develop go-to-market strategies to increase adoption, sales conversion, and customer lifetime value while serving as the critical bridge between our U.S. commercial operations and global digital initiatives. This role is about transforming how Siemens captures market share and drives revenue growth in the digital age.
We are looking for a Digital Business Transformation Lead. This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the continental United States.
Role Description
- Drive Revenue Growth - Develop and execute strategies to monetize our digital platforms and expand our market share
- Create Compelling Value Propositions - Articulate the business benefits of Sie Portal and Xcelerator to different customer segments
- Lead Go-to-Market Strategy - Design and implement commercial approaches that maximize platform adoption and revenue potential
- Identify New Business Opportunities - Analyze market trends and customer needs to uncover untapped revenue streams
- Enable Sales Success - Equip our sales teams with the tools, training, and messaging to effectively sell our digital solutions
- Optimize the Customer Journey - Remove friction from the buying process to increase conversion rates and customer satisfaction
- Measure Business Impact - Establish KPIs and track performance metrics to demonstrate ROI and inform strategic decisions
- Build Strategic Partnerships - Develop relationships with key stakeholders to amplify our market reach and impact
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required from accredited University.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, product marketing, or sales strategy in B2B environments
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital channels
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies for technology solutions
- Strong understanding of B2B buying cycles and decision-making processes
- Proficiency with business analytics and performance measurement
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Travel requirements are approximately 15% to engage with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
