Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in AI / ML model development and deployment
• 2+ years in a technical or people leadership capacity
• Strong expertise in:
• Predictive modeling
• NLP and Deep Learning
• Excellent coding practices and ability to product ionize models
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
• Domain experience in Finance or Insurance
• Experience with:
• Responsible / Ethical AI
• Model governance, validation, and regulatory considerations

AAA Life is seeking an AI Modeling Lead to drive enterprise-level AI initiatives within their Automation & AI team. This individual will be both hands‑on and strategic, owning model development while setting standards across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading development and deployment of advanced ML models for high-impact business use cases
• Defining modeling standards, validation strategies, and performance benchmarks
• Mentoring and guiding ML engineers and data scientists
• Partnering closely with business leaders to translate real-world problems into scalable AI solutions
• Ensuring model transparency, fairness, and governance compliance across all initiatives
