WorkForce Software, Pre-Sales Technical Application Consultant

Work Force Software, an ADP company, is hiring a Pre‑Sales Technical Application Consultant to create product demonstrations of our Work Force Software (WFS) time and attendance and scheduling products for prospective clients.

• Create complex product demonstrations based on client requirements.
• Collaborate daily with solution consulting and sales teams as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador.
• Prepare and deliver detailed demonstration scripts.
• Participate in discovery calls and interpret requirements.
• Attend client calls and demos, answering advanced product questions.
• Serve as a partner to internal stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and ethical standards.

• Self‑starter with a passion for research and problem solving.
• Ability to learn Work Force Software product configurations and formula language.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Strong teamwork skills and individual motivation.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines and tight turnarounds.
• Capacity to suggest best practices within the scope of our products’ capabilities.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
• Travel willingness up to 10% with potential for international travel.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model if located near an ADP or Work Force office.
• Education:
  
  A college degree is desirable but not required; military experience that demonstrates teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow‑through is also acceptable.

• Experience in the Human Capital Management space.

The salary will range from USD $51,100.00 to USD $ per year, subject to factors such as location, skills, and experience. Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or exempt salary requirements under federal, state, and local laws.
