The Role

We are seeking a Solution Architect, Automation and AI to serve as senior technical leader within the Automation and AI organization. This role is accountable for defining and driving end-to-end solution architecture across high-impact automation initiatives, particularly focused on document-intensive workflows across underwriting, new business, claims, and policy servicing. This role owns the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and compliant automation solutions that integrate across hybrid cloud and on-premise environments.

The Solution Architect will guide engineering teams, partner with business and MSP stakeholders, and establish architectural standards that enable reliable, auditable, and high-performing enterprise systems.

This is a hands‑on technical leadership role where architectural decisions directly influence operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer outcomes across critical insurance workflows.
