Senior Project Manager

Location:
Okland County, Michigan – Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of Project Management experience
, preferably managing enterprise infrastructure and network-related projects from initiation to completion. They should be a proactive self-starter with strong ownership, resource planning, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Alignment Points:

• Strong experience managing multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously
  , including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.
• Hands‑on expertise in creating and maintaining project schedules, timelines, milestones, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Experience with Enterprise Network Implementation Management
  , including end‑to‑end network deployment, infrastructure readiness, and deployment coordination.
• Solid knowledge of WAN connectivity
  , including carrier circuit coordination, circuit delivery tracking, telecom vendor communication, and readiness management.
• Exposure to Cisco network environments
  , including network refresh/modernization, switching, routing, and secure connectivity projects.
• Proven experience handling network migration and cutover activities
  , ensuring minimal business disruption during transitions.
• Familiarity with network security projects
  , such as secure access, authentication, DDoS mitigation, malware defense, and enterprise connectivity reliability.
• Ability to manage RFP processes
  , vendor evaluation matrix, vendor selection, and contract scope/deliverables.
• Strong project governance skills including risk management, issue tracking, action item management, KPI reporting, and stakeholder communication
  .
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office 365
  , Clarity PPM
  , Azure Dev Ops
  , Microsoft Teams
  , and Microsoft Share Point .
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to facilitate meetings, prepare status reports, and engage technical and business stakeholders.
