Business Analyst - Data Analytics

Business Analyst – Kitchen Cabinets Industry

The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements from business stakeholders, coordinating with the Data Analytics team, developing business intelligence solutions, and validating solution accuracy.

• Discover and understand business function needs through stakeholder interviews, data profiling, and process mapping.
• Analyze raw data sets, data flows, and business logic.
• Develop common definitions for business terms.
• Design, build, and implement BI reports and dashboards using PowerBI.
• Train users on new reports and dashboards.
• Analyze problems, determine root causes, and improve existing BI solutions.
• Coordinate project schedules and prioritize tasks.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience with data analytics on complex data sets.
• 2+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.
• Proficiency with PowerBI, Power Query, DAX, and SQL.
• Experience with Azure platform or SSRS is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Organizational and analytical skills using structured development and problem‑solving techniques.
• Ability to collaborate on cross‑functional teams.
• Adaptability, multitasking, and efficient prioritization of tasks.

Shift: Full or Part Time – Full Time;
Salary Range: $75k–$90k.
