Schoolcraft College seeks a CRM Systems Analyst (On‑Call Support) to provide operational and light system‑analysis support for SC Connect, the campus‑wide CRM environment. This role assists with data quality tasks, testing, pilot rollouts, and CRM configuration activities under the direction of CRM Operations staff.
This is an on‑call, part‑time, in‑person position and requires the individual to be on site during scheduled work hours.
