HRIS Systems Analyst (Workday

This position supports the organizations HR technology environment with a focus on Workday. The role partners closely with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to enhance functionality, support daily operations, and deliver system improvements across a global user base.

• Serve as the primary functional resource for Workday HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules
• Maintain configurations, security, and business processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support enhancements and releases from design through deployment
• Manage system changes using structured governance and testing practices
• Coordinate with external payroll providers and benefit carriers to maintain connectivity and data accuracy
• Investigate and resolve data, reporting, and integration discrepancies
• Review interfaces and perform reconciliations
• Execute system improvement initiatives and small projects
• Provide user guidance, training, and documentation
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows and system usage

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field preferred
• 3+ years supporting Workday in an HRIS environment
• Experience with Workday Payroll and Benefits
• Background in configuration, testing, and ongoing HR systems support
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and business stakeholders
