• Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, and supplier diversification.
• Lead sourcing initiatives utilizing ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle EBS to streamline purchasing workflows and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms, compliance with regulations such as Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and risk mitigation.
• Manage supplier relationships through performance evaluations, root cause analysis of supply issues, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee procurement management activities including purchase order processing, materials management, production planning support, and logistics coordination.
• Conduct category management to optimize sourcing across different product lines while maintaining high standards of quality management and supply chain resilience.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to align procurement activities with production schedules, inventory levels (MRP), and demand forecasts for seamless operations.

• Proven experience in procurement management within manufacturing or supply chain environments, demonstrating expertise in sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Extensive knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle EBS for procurement processes, materials management, and supply chain planning.
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices including category management, pricing strategies, logistics, and quality assurance protocols.
• Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and contract management principles to ensure compliance in government or regulated sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations effectively while fostering positive supplier relationships that support organizational goals.

Pay: $62,478.57 - $75,243.01 per year
