Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Lead demand planning and forecasting processes to align with production schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the entire supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Utilize supply chain analytics to identify trends and inform decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for supply chain planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) or other advanced planning systems
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• APICS CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) certification
