Environmental Project Manager

The role of the Project Manager is to plan, price, safely execute, and finalize projects according to strict client deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members, suppliers and occasional second party subcontractors and delivering projects according to this plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee the safety, quality, organization, and cost / value of each job.

Direct and manage project from site visit, estimating, safety and invoicing.

Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and our clients.

Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

Set and continually manage project safety expectations with team members.

Communicate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel prior to and during the project.

Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team and project schedule.

Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

Manage the Emergency response (on-call) program for ERG customers.
