Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for people development and the overall warehouse and delivery operations. This role has a broad range of responsibility in store operations and reports directly to the Owner.

• Assists in the hiring, training and retaining of high‑quality team members who exhibit our values
• Leads warehouse team to ensure highest level of customer service standards are executed in home deliveries
• Provides feedback and innovative ideas to build a more profitable warehouse operation
• Ensures proper execution of best practices related to delivery preparation and process
• Assists in managing warehouse payroll within budgeted guidelines
• Oversees unloading/loading of inbound and outbound merchandise
• Increases completion of home delivery rate by utilizing best practices
• Monitor Shipping and Receiving to warehouse.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of warehouse, delivery, or distribution leadership experience
• Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers and team members
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Proven experience in strategic and organizational development, including the ability to attract, develop and retain best in class talent
• Proficient in business related technology systems
• Track record of servant leadership; serving others and putting team goals first
