Kit Production Associate - Auto Parts*
* ** Shift:
** Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm MUST be able to work mandatory OT, possibly Saturdays as well.
*
* Location:
** Livonia. MI
** Pay rate:** $16/hr
** Position Summary*
* We are seeking dependable team members responsible for the production and assembly of automotive part kits.
** Key Responsibilities*
* + Assemble automotive part kits according to instructions
+ Build and assemble packaging
+ Follow verbal and written instructions carefully
+ Maintain production goals per hour
+ Ensure a clean and organized work area
+ Follow all safety policies and procedures
** Required
Skills & Qualifications *
* + Ability to read and understand instructions in English
+ Ability to read a tape measure
+ Basic math and computer skills
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Commitment to workplace safety
** Physical Requirements*
* + Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 45 lbs
+ Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, pushing, and pulling
+ Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
** Additional Requirements*
* + Ability to work overtime as needed
+ Ability to stay on task and meet hourly production goals
+ Must comply with company attendance policy
