This position is ideal for someone with CNC machining experience who wants to continue developing their skills while working on large industrial components in a modern manufacturing environment. In this role, you will:

• Operate CNC mills or lathes in a production environment
• Load and unload parts safely and efficiently
• Perform tool changes and basic machine adjustments
• Monitor machine performance and production quality
• Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools
• Follow setup sheets, blueprints, and work instructions
• Perform in-process inspections to verify quality requirements
• Identify tooling or machining issues and communicate with setup machinists and supervisors
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Support production of large cast components used in industrial and heavy equipment applications
