Starting Wage: $15.91/hour (shift premiums were applicable)
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable Manufacturing Operators to safely operate equipment, produce quality parts, and support our manufacturing team in a fast-paced production environment.
- Starting wage: $15.91/hour
- Shift premiums available on eligible shifts
- Temp-to-hire opportunity
- Typical conversion to permanent employment in 4-6 months
- Pay increase to $16.49/hour upon conversion
- Top wage of $19.20/hour within approximately 18 months

- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Produce parts that meet customer specifications and manufacturing requirements
- Read and follow work instructions and specifications
- Complete required production and quality documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and production documents
- Basic math skills for measurements, data collection, and quality checks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable attendance and work ethic
Physical Requirements
- Manufacturing floor environment
- Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting as required
- Ability to work scheduled shift and overtime as needed
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment
This position begins as a contingent assignment through one of our staffing partners. Employees with strong performance and attendance are typically considered for permanent employment after approximately 4-6 months, based on business needs.
- A pay increase to $16.49/hour
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (effective the first day of the month following conversion)
- 401(k) eligibility in accordance with plan guidelines
- Paid time off and holiday pay
- Shift premiums where applicable
- Additional wage progression up to $19.20/hour within approximately 18 months
