Starting Wage: $15.91/hour (shift premiums were applicable)

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable Manufacturing Operators to safely operate equipment, produce quality parts, and support our manufacturing team in a fast-paced production environment.

What You'll Do
  • Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
  • Produce parts that meet customer specifications and manufacturing requirements
  • Read and follow work instructions and specifications
  • Complete required production and quality documentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions and production documents
  • Basic math skills for measurements, data collection, and quality checks
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Dependable attendance and work ethic

Physical Requirements
  • Manufacturing floor environment
  • Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting as required
  • Ability to work scheduled shift and overtime as needed
  • Wear required Personal Protective Equipment
Employment & Benefits

This position begins as a contingent assignment through one of our staffing partners. Employees with strong performance and attendance are typically considered for permanent employment after approximately 4-6 months, based on business needs.

  • A pay increase to $16.49/hour
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (effective the first day of the month following conversion)
  • 401(k) eligibility in accordance with plan guidelines
  • Paid time off and holiday pay
  • Shift premiums where applicable
  • Additional wage progression up to $19.20/hour within approximately 18 months
