If you have experience using power tools and saws, can sweat through 8-hours of repetitive heavy lifting, and a have strong work ethic, a Disassembly Operator position with CHEP could be a great fit!
* $21.30/hour starting wage
* 1st shift - Monday-Friday, 5:30am-2:00pm

Working in collaboration with other assembly line operators, this role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to quality and safety protocols.# Major/Key Accountabilities
** Disassembly
* ** Follow repair guidelines to execute the removal of defective components on both bottom deck and top deck of pallet.
* Replace connector boards that are out of specification.
** Quality Control
*** Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or irregularities in pallet construction.
* Ensure adherences to repair guidelines and quality standards throughout the process.
** Safety and Compliance
*** Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following company safety standards.
* Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment daily.
* Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately.
** Collaboration
* ** Work closely and harmoniously with other assembly line operators.
* Communicate effectively to ensure smooth transitions between assembly and processes.
* Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the disassembly/assembly process.# Qualifications
