Welder

We're seeking experienced welders and fabricators for a variety of manufacturing and industrial environments. These positions offer opportunities to work with structural steel, production components, rework projects, custom fabrications, and heavy industrial materials.

Whether your background is in TIG, MIG, Flux Core, or Stick welding, we want to hear from skilled trades professionals who take pride in quality workmanship and working safely.

• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and/or Flux Core welding
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Fabricate, fit, and assemble components to specification
• Repair, modify, and rework welded products as needed
• Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards
• Use grinders, torches, saws, hand tools, and measuring equipment
• Work with carbon steel, structural steel, aluminum, and other metals
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet customer requirements

• Previous welding or fabrication experience required
• Ability to pass a welding test may be required
• Experience reading blueprints and weld symbols preferred
• Knowledge of weld quality standards and inspection practices
• Ability to lift materials and work in an industrial environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
