University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN Home Care nurse to provide exceptional in-home nursing services to clients in Livonia, MI and the surrounding areas. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives by delivering personalized care in the comfort of their homes.

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and health monitoring.
• Assess patients' health status and develop individualized care plans in coordination with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medication use, and health maintenance.
• Document all care services accurately and timely according to agency policies and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and infection control procedures.

• Valid RN license in the state of Michigan.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in home health or a related nursing field preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within Livonia and surrounding areas.
• Current CPR certification.
