RN Home Care

Join University Home Care Inc as an RN Home Care providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes in the Southeast Michigan Region. Must be willing to travel. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, and working closely with patients and their families to promote health and well-being in a comfortable, home setting.

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and family members on disease management and prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Document all patient interactions, care plans, and progress accurately and timely.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Michigan.
• Prior experience in home health care or related nursing fields preferred.
• Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes within Livonia, MI.

• Competitive hourly wage of $37.00 - $45.00, based on full time salary
• Part Time ranging from $55.00 - 65.00 per visit.
