Clinical Manager, Registered Nurse (RN) – Neuro/Ortho/Peds
Full-Time | 0.8 FTE | Days $10,000 Sign‑on Bonus Available

This is a 24‑bed specialty med/surg unit focused on neuro, ortho, and pediatric patients. The team is experienced, supportive, and routinely complimented by patients for collaborative teamwork.
How you will contribute- Assist in developing departmental goals, standards, and objectives aligned with the organization’s strategic plan.
- Manage staff relations: performance management, staff satisfaction, conflict management; oversee scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
- Monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations; determine and justify needs for system/equipment/supplies purchases, monitor usage, and ensure proper stock and working order.
- Assess quality of patient care and coordinate services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments; may provide patient care when necessary.
- Create and foster an environment that encourages professional growth.
- Integrate evidence‑based practices into operations and clinical protocols.

Applicants must have a Michigan RN license and possess an associate degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS‑HCP)
- Pediatric Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (PACLS) (within 1 year)
- Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) (within 1 year)
- Two (2) years nursing experience
- Seven (7) years managerial experience (preferred)
