Skilled Registered Nurse

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes in Wayne, Macomb, Monroe, and Oakland Counties MI. Must be willing to travel. This role involves assessing patient health, delivering personalized care, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a home setting according to prescribed care plans.
• Conduct patient assessments, monitor health status, and document changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control standards.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in skilled nursing or home health care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes within Romulus, MI.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $37.00 to $45.00, based on a full time salary status.
• Part time hourly ranging from $55 - 65.00 per visit.
