RN Clinical Leader – Trinity Health Livonia

We are looking for a dedicated RN Clinical Leader to join our care team. The Clinical Leader will coordinate and facilitate the delivery of quality nursing care across unit operations, ensuring compliance with ANA Standards of Practice, Trinity Health guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

The Clinical Leader is responsible for:

• Coordinating and facilitating optimal care provision through daily management of unit operations.
• Ensuring adherence to ANA Standards of Practice and professional performance standards.
• Promoting the Trinity Health Model of Care and nursing profession, participating in shared governance.
• Advancing nursing practice and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintaining compliance with ANA Code of Ethics and Triniy Health policies.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active license to practice nursing in the State of Michigan.
• Certification by a nationally recognized nursing organization preferred.
• Membership in a professional nursing organization preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 45 days of hire or transfer.
