Home Care Licensed Practical Nurse

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Livonia, MI. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care to our clients in their homes, ensuring their health and well-being while promoting independence and comfort.

• Provide direct nursing care to clients in their homes, including wound care, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and family members.
• Document client progress and communicate any changes in condition promptly to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Assist clients with daily living activities as needed while encouraging independence.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and University Home Care Inc policies.
• Provide education to clients and families regarding health management and preventive care.

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Michigan.
• Previous experience in home care or a related nursing field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes within the Livonia area.

• Competitive hourly wage ranging from $14.00 to $19.00, paid twice a month.
