Registered Nurse - Home Care

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality home care services to our patients in Detroit, and surrounding areas in MI. As a Registered Nurse - Home Care, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized nursing care in the comfort of patients' homes, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.

• Provide skilled nursing assessments, treatments, and education to patients in their homes.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Monitor patient progress and document clinical information accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Educate patients and caregivers on health maintenance, disease prevention, and medication management.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
• Previous experience in home health or community-based nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation for travel.

• Competitive compensation of $70.00 - $90.00 per hour, paid semi-monthly.
