General

Summary:

Utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice which incorporates the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Demonstrates a direct relationship between nursing intervention and patient outcome. Demonstrates clinical competence and engages in effective patient teaching.

EXPERIENCE AND

EDUCATION:

* Completion of HFHS training courses for operation of registrations, appointment scheduling, charge entry computer systems and other Patient Financial Subsystems.

* 1-3 months of on the job training.

* Must have a minimum of two years experience working in a PEDS position.

* RN license required.

* Must have experience coordinationg VFC programs. (Vaccines for children)
