Clinical Leader – RN

Employment Type: Full time

Shift: To be determined based on unit scheduling

The Clinical Leader is a collaborative leader of the care team responsible for coordinating and facilitating the optimal provision of care through daily management of unit operations as prescribed by the American Nurses Association (ANA) Standards of Practice and Professional Performance. The Clinical Leader is accountable for practicing in accordance with standards established by Trinity Health leadership, external regulators, and accreditation agencies.

They actively promote the Trinity Health Model of Care and nursing profession, drive nursing practice through facilitation of shared governance, and abide by the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Active license to practice nursing in the State of Michigan
• Certification by a nationally recognized nursing organization preferred
• Membership in a professional nursing organization preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for all inpatient bedside care areas, and inpatient and outpatient surgical services required within 45 days from date of hire or transfer
