Opportunity Details
- Position Type: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
- Schedule: M-F, 40 hours/week
- Location: Livonia, Michigan
- Specialty: Orthopedic Surgery

- Team Size: 6 Physicians and 4-6 APPs
- Teaching Opportunities: No
- Call Requirements: 1 in 6 (Home, Office Call only)

- 1-2 years of post-graduate experience, preferably in an orthopedic or surgical specialty
- Requirement for NPs: AGACNP or ACNP
- Demonstrated clinical judgment, procedural proficiency, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced orthopedic setting
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient education and engagement
- APPs:
Board certified in specialty prior to employment - Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- BLS certification (must be maintained) / ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
A typical day may include:
- Providing direct patient care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in teaching and mentoring
- Documenting in Epic EMR
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health efforts
