Experienced RN Homecare

University Home Care Inc is seeking an Experienced RN Homecare professional to provide high-quality nursing care to patients within their homes in the Southeast MI Region. Must have Kinnser experience. This role requires a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse who can deliver personalized care plans, monitor patient progress, and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and document patient conditions accurately.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients’ progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain timely and confidential patient records in compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Proven experience in homecare or community nursing settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes within Southeast Mi Regional area.
