* As a  
** Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
** on our Resource Team, you'll play a vital role in our residents' lives-providing care that honors their dignity and independence.

** What You'll Do*
* + Support residents with daily living activities like bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals

+ Pass medications (med pass experience preferred)

+ Assist with mobility and transfers using lifts, wheelchairs, and other equipment

+ Perform restorative and rehabilitative exercises

+ Accurately document care in our Care Tracker system

+ Respond promptly to resident needs and report changes in condition

+ Support admissions, discharges, and end-of-life care with empathy and professionalism

** What You'll Need*
* + A current, active CNA certification in the State of Michigan for 1 year

+ At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting

+ Med pass experience preferred

+ Willingness to travel within our Southeast Michigan communities
