Trinity Health At Home is seeking a Part-time Homecare RN to deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care in patients’ homes across Michigan. You will perform admission assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide education and therapeutic interventions to promote independence and improved outcomes.
Flexibility with day shifts and mileage reimbursement are provided. A current RN license in Michigan, a BSN in preference, and strong computer skills are required.
