We’re looking for a compassionate RN to provide skilled, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients’ homes. This is a full-time salaried position with benefits.

We also use innovative AI-powered clinical documentation technology to help make charting more efficient, giving our nurses more work-life balance.

Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes

Complete patient assessments and monitor changes in condition

Administer medications and treatments

Perform wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and other skilled procedures

Educate patients and families on medications, conditions, and care needs

Communicate with physicians and the care team Coordinate and manage patient care Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

Follow all applicable clinical, HIPAA, and agency standards

Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Valid driver’s license

Current auto insurance

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently

Home health experience preferred, but not required

Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
