What You'll Do

+ Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living

+ Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and restorative care

+ Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team

+ Maintain accurate documentation

+ Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care while supporting residents, families, and team members

What We're Looking For

+ Current Michigan  
** Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
** certification

+  
** Minimum one year of CNA experience*
* +  
** At least one year of experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or skilled rehabilitation facility*
* + Strong communication and documentation skills

+ Ability to travel to Trinity Health Senior Communities locations throughout Southeast Michigan
