As a Training & Quality Intern, you'll support the team by helping with day-to-day training activities and quality assurance tasks. You'll work closely with trainers and QA/Production Support to keep materials up to date, track performance, and support continuous improvement.

* Help create, update, and organize training materials such as presentations, job aids, and reference guides
* Assist with onboarding and ongoing training sessions (prep materials, track attendance, gather feedback)
* Support quality assurance reviews by listening to calls, reviewing work, or checking documentation against quality standards
* Help track QA scores, training completion, and performance metrics in spreadsheets or systems
* Compile data and assist with basic reporting for training and quality results
* Document processes, updates, and best practices
* Help identify common errors or coaching opportunities and share findings with the team
* Provide general administrative and project support to the Training & Quality team as needed
Qualifications
* A student or recent graduate interested in training, quality assurance, or process improvement
* Experience with QA/Training design preferred
* Strong attention to detail and organization
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Docs, and PowerPoint/Slides
* Willingness to learn, take feedback, and ask questions
