Food Safety Quality Control Manager

• Administer all product testing programs related to incoming materials, work in process, and finished products.
• Handle consumer complaints.
• Administer the SQF program and ensure compliance with all SQF Level 3 certification requirements.
• Train employees in PCQI, HACCP, GMP, and other quality assurance programs.
• Provide training on quality control processes, standards, and best practices.
• Report programming, processing, and equipment problems to corresponding departments and the Operations Manager.
• Ensure production, quality, and quantity standards are met.
• Implement company safety policies and train employees.
• Manage customer and third‑party audits.
• Maintain all product specifications and develop new specifications as needed.
• Lead the organization to uniformly adopt company quality programs.
• Manage Kosher and Organic certification programs.

• Minimum of two years in Food Safety Quality Control.
• Background in SQF and HACCP.
• Ability to train employees in up‑to‑date quality control protocols.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Certifications in FDA FSMA standards, GMP, SOP, OSHA, and other applicable regulations.

• 8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday.

• Day Shift – 9 am to 5 pm EST.
• Afternoon Shift – Dependent (rare).
• Evening Shift – Dependent (rare).

• One location – No remote work.
