EOSOL Group is seeking a Quality Technician to support quality control activities on a utility‑scale solar construction project in Van Buren County, Michigan
.
This role is focused on field inspections, quality documentation, and verification of installation activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
This position does not require an engineering degree. Candidates with technical training and proven experience in photovoltaic construction are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Perform field quality inspections during solar construction activities.
- Verify installation work complies with project drawings and quality standards.
- Complete quality checklists and inspection reports.
- Identify and document non-conformities.
- Support punch list generation and follow-up of corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate photographic and field documentation.
- Coordinate with Site Management and Construction teams.
- Assist with project turnover and quality documentation.
