Quality System Administrator

As the Quality Systems Administrator, you will support and maintain the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS). You will coordinate quality documentation, manage audit activities, support corrective action processes, and ensure compliance with applicable quality standards while working closely with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams.

• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Manage quality documentation, document control, and revision processes.
• Coordinate internal and external quality audits, including scheduling, tracking, and follow‑up activities.
• Support certification and surveillance audits while ensuring ongoing compliance with industry standards.
• Assist with nonconformance investigations and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes.
• Monitor quality performance metrics and prepare reports for leadership review.
• Review customer quality requirements and ensure compliance throughout manufacturing operations.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain effective communication with internal departments and external customers regarding quality‑related matters.
• Support additional quality and compliance initiatives as assigned.

• High school diploma required;
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Quality Systems or Lead Auditor certification is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and manufacturing quality standards.
• Experience in automotive or other highly regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.

• 2‑3+ years of experience supporting Quality Systems, Quality Assurance, or Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience coordinating or participating in internal and external quality audits.
• Familiarity with document control, corrective action (CAPA), root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience working within ISO, IATF, or similar quality management systems is highly desirable.

• Monday through Friday.
• Manufacturing environment with occasional time spent on the production floor supporting quality initiatives and audits.
