Quality Management System Implementation Specialist
This candidate will act as part of a professional services team, work productively with consultants, solution architects, project managers, and other internal and external interfaces such as industry and product development teams to ensure that the customer succeeds in their objectives. The core of your responsibility will be to implement the quality management system for Siemens customers into their manufacturing environments.
You will be interfacing directly with the customer and traveling up to 50% for onsite implementations. This person makes sure quality is right and the customer requirements are being met. This candidate will also be responsible for other areas of quality depending on the industry including the following:
- Experience and domain knowledge in quality, quality planning (that included the following quality processes)
- Design FMEA / Process FMEA
- Process flow chart
- Control plan
- In process inspection / SPC
- Incoming goods control
- Audits
- Gage management / calibration / measurement system analyses (MSA / R&R)
- APQP
- PPAP and FAI
- Complaints management
Compensation starting at: $50/hr exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
