Salary Range: $71,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Allegan that are seeking Quality Supervisors. Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and training quality control inspectors and technicians.
- Developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards.
- Investigating and resolving quality-related issues and customer complaints.
- Analyzing quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
- Collaborating with production to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Recommended Qualifications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Bonus Qualifications
- ASQ certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA, CSSBB)
- Experience with advanced quality planning (e.g., APQP, PPAP)
- Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Experience with ISO 13485 or AS9100 quality management systems
