Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

TheOpportunity

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
- Lead and manage a team of quality engineers and inspectors.
- Oversee all aspects of product quality from raw material to finished goods.
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes, and corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
- Manage supplier quality performance and collaborate on quality improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, customer requirements, and internal specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including experience supervising quality personnel.
