Greet teammates and customers and proactively understand their needs to support their shopping experience;
Ensure merchandise and products received at the store are processed according to programs and procedures; maintain an organized backroom with the Freight Flow/Operations Lead;
Uphold merchandising and presentation standards;
Assist with unloading trucks, processing freight, executing transfers, RTVs, claims, freight processing;
Fulfill the company-defined customer experience by completing all processes according to service level standards
