Team Member - Clean Express Auto Wash

Join Express Wash Concepts as a Team Member and help deliver fast, eco‑friendly car wash services. You will provide exceptional customer service, promote our Unlimited Wash Club, and support daily wash and retail operations.

• Educate customers on the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club
• Greet and exceed customer expectations, creating a positive first impression
• Engage with customers before and after the wash to ensure 100% satisfaction
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks
• Comply with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
• Address customer escalations calmly and professionally
• Operate basic retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.)
• Present monthly unlimited car wash packages and upsell products to existing customers
• Learn the wash process and equipment to expand knowledge base
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Capacity to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast‑paced environment
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Lift up to 25lbs consistently and up to 50lbs occasionally
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance
• Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment

• Starting wage $15.00/hour with opportunities to advance
