Ross Stores is seeking a Store Leader to oversee all aspects of daily operations across a busy retail location in the United States. You will lead the team to deliver excellent customer service, manage stock, scheduling, and store presentation to maximize sales and profitability.
You will recruit, train and develop associates, enforce company policies, and ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and operational standards. Evening and weekend availability is required.
