Cabinet works Group has an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Representatives based at our Livonia, MI Headquarters. Salary range for this position: $55,000 - $65,000 This position is eligible to earn commission in addition to base salary.

Job SummaryWe are looking for a results driven sales representative to join our Inside Sales team focused on developing accounts across our retail and dealer customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for kitchen cabinetry, excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast paced sales environment. This role is crucial to our growth strategy. Your focus will be to build relationships with dealers, retail outlets, builders, and kitchen designers, focused on understanding their needs and providing a buying experience that drives growth.
EssentialFunctions
- Proactively sell to an established portfolio of dealers and retail partners across your assigned territory to sell Cabinet works products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with kitchen designers.
- Understand their needs and recommend appropriate kitchen cabinet solutions.
- Expand existing accounts to capture market share.
- Regularly interact with the outside sales teams to ensure market coverage.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and product updates to enhance your sales skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Utilize to track customer interactions and your sales pipeline.
- 2+ years of sales and/or marketing experience.
- Prefer kitchen cabinetry, building products, or related industry. Designers looking to move into sales role are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. All combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport over the phone and via email.
- Goal oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Understanding of the kitchen cabinet market and designer needs is a plus.
- Previous experience with MS Office and Salesforce a plus.
- Must be able to periodically lift up to 50 lbs.
