In this role you will help grow our agency through meaningful customer interactions and proactively marketing State Farm products and services.

• Develop leads, outbound calls, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate State Farm products and services.
• Provide Quotes, multi-line, pivot and service existing policyholders.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Sales or customer service experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
  preferred.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
• Property & Casualty license must currently have or
  must be able to obtain.
• Life and Health license must have currently or
  must be able to obtain.
• State Farm experience preferred,
  but not required.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
