Sr. Staff Engineer, FAEKey Responsibilities

• The FAE for Tier One accounts is responsible to engage with the technical side of the customer and identify new opportunities for Infineon's solutions and create system selling discussions with the customer.
• The account team design win pipeline and achieved target is both the FAE and Sales Account Manager's deliverable.
• Other main tasks are to identify customer solutions and represent them in block diagram format for internal reviews and for showing why and where we are winning and losing.
• Maximizing BOM share (PGO count) and engaging Marketing to feedback requests or lessons learnt.
• Collaboration with Sales tandem partner to create overarching Account Strategy.

• Degree in EE or Computer Engineering.
• 1-2 years experience in Automotive or Semiconductor Industry.
• Proactive and good networking skills.
• Can break down complex technical details into a concise value proposition for customers.
• Experience with AI tools/Programming is a bonus.

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate: US $ 127,840 – US $ 175,780

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
