In-Home Estimator

We are looking for an In-Home Estimator! As we continue to grow our offices (Livonia, Beverly Hills, Ann Arbor,) we are excited to add another team member who will be a part of the growth.

As an In-Home Estimator for Molly Maid
, you are the key team member in upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism. You are responsible for converting leads into prospective clients and converting them into recurring cleans.

, and can manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers and can effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual goals
• Meet with customers to estimate cost of services
• Follow up with prospective customers by phone, email and text
• Prepare accurate customer estimate sheets
• Perform customer follow-up
• Inventory and order estimating supplies
• Seek to continuously develop as a sales professional

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid Driver's License

Hours:

Available between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday with one day working until 8 pm.

Salary based on commission and experience. Minimum $45,000
