Security Guard - Retail

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout retail sales floors, back-of-house areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and the perimeter;
Monitor for suspicious or unusual activity and help to deter theft, vandalism, and other policy violations through high-visibility presence and timely reporting;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disputes, medical situations, and fire or alarm events, and coordinate with local authorities and/or management as needed;
Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate observations to supervisors and location leadership to support follow-up actions
