Teddy's Lawn & Landscape is hiring an experienced Softscape Foreman to run planting, drainage, grading, and landscape installation projects across Southeast Michigan. This is a leadership role with year-round work, newer equipment, and a team that people stay with for decades.

• Read landscape plans, lay out job sites, and keep projects on schedule.

• Train crew members and hold the team to Teddy's quality standards.

• Operate equipment from hand tools to heavy machinery.

• Communicate with clients on site in a professional, friendly way.

• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.

• 3+ years of landscape installation experience.

• 1+ years leading a crew.

• Working knowledge of planting, grading, and drainage practices.

• Ability to read landscape plans and manage materials.

• Valid driver's license and ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs.

• A reliable, self-motivated attitude and pride in your work.
