Clarenceville School District is seeking a Maintenance
- Semi-Skilled for the  School Year. The salary range is per the Support Personnel Agreement $20.75-$23.17 for 40 hours per week. The position is located in the Clarenceville School District and applications will be accepted until filled.

The ideal candidate will possess general knowledge in general school building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, doors and door locks. They should demonstrate aptitude and competence in making general maintenance repairs, possess positive communication skills, and have the ability to handle technical reading and specifications. A good work attitude, teamwork skills, and the ability to work independently are also required.

The candidate must be on call for emergency repairs and snow removal, able to climb ladders and work on flat roof tops, and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities include serving as a customer service representative for the district in dealing with school building repairs, demonstrating a sense of pride in handling work duties, maintaining equipment and tools in a clean, safe and inventoried condition, and assuming responsibility for recommending supplies, equipment, and tools to complete assigned tasks. The candidate will also estimate the cost of repair projects, assume responsibility for safe conditions of district equipment, support other Maintenance staff in completing repairs and projects, and perform any other duty as assigned.
