The City of Livonia is seeking a Building Mechanic II to perform professional-level maintenance in line with State of Michigan and City codes. You will lead crews, supervise staff, and handle repairs to City facilities and equipment.
Required qualifications include US citizenship or work-rights, a high school diploma or GED, a State of Michigan Electrical/Plumbing/HVAC journeyman or master license, and at least 3 years of electrical trade experience, plus a valid driver’s license and forklift
